Please call a member of our team on +44 (0)1586 555468 or email [email protected] to change the date or time of your tour. This can be done up to 24 hours prior to your original booking. After this time, no changes can be made.
We will provide refunds if tours are cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the tour time. After this time, no refunds will be given. Please call a member of our team on +44 (0)1586 555468 or email [email protected] to arrange a refund.

Yes, we have a car park on site which visitors are welcome to use. Entry to the distillery is available from Longrow and Glebe Street.
We recommend guests arrive around 10-15 minutes before their tour or tasting begins.
Visitors taking part in any of our tours or Cadenhead Warehouse Tasting should report to the Springbank Distillery Shop where you can check-in and receive your tickets. Your guide will meet you here to begin your tour or tasting. Visitors taking part in our Springbank or Cadenhead Taste It should report to Cadenhead’s Whisky Shop which is a 5 minute walk from Springbank Distillery (Address: 30-32 Union Street, Campbeltown, Argyll, PA28 6HY).
If you arrive at our Springbank Distillery Shop up to 10 minutes after the tour start time, we will do our best to catch you up with your tour group. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the tour start time, unfortunately you will not be able to join the group and the cost of your tour will not be refunded. Where possible, we will do our best to fit you onto the next available tour.
There is no requirement for guests to bring their confirmation email as we will have a record of your booking. We will ask for a name on arrival to confirm your booking.
Guests are permitted to take photographs throughout both distilleries with the exception of our Bottling Hall. Your guide will make you aware of this during the tour.
Under 18’s are welcome on our Springbank and Kilkerran Tours and can join free of charge as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. If you plan to bring along children, please add a note of this at the time of booking. No under 18’s will be permitted during our Taste It, Cadenhead Warehouse Tasting, Wee Toon Walking & Warehouse Tour and Barley to Bottle Tour.
Due to the Victorian age of Springbank and the set up of Glengyle, there are some areas of the distilleries which are not suitable for wheelchairs, walking aids or prams. We understand that everyone’s needs are different and we do our best to accommodate those who might require further assistance so please get in contact if you have any questions or would like further advice.
Our tours take place throughout our distillery buildings and as you will be outdoors for short periods of time, we recommend wearing warm clothing. Sensible footwear is also advised. Our Wee Toon Walking & Warehouse Tour involves a 45 minute walk round Campbeltown and we aim to be outdoors in all weather so please bring along suitable outdoor clothing and shoes.
Our Barley to Bottle Tour has a maximum number of 8 people. For all other options, guests can book for up to 10 people online. If you are booking for a group larger than this, please call +44 (0)1586555468 or email [email protected] and we will be happy to advise you.
If you are booking for a group of 20 or more, please get in touch to discuss a group discount. Unfortunately we do not offer any concession rates.
No, once a booking has been made a discount code cannot be added.
For example, if you are a Cadenhead’s Club member and you wish to apply a discount code – or if you book a tasting then decide to become a new Club member – we cannot add the code afterwards.
You will need to cancel the booking and then re-book.
Absolutely! Our tours of Springbank and Kilkerran are timed perfectly so that you can manage both on the same day. There is also the possibility of adding lunch before/after/between tours as well as adding the Taste It or Cadenhead Warehouse Tasting to end your experience. If you are taking part in our Wee Toon Walking & Warehouse Tour or Barley to Bottle Tour, we do not recommend booking any other options for that day. Please get in touch with us if you would like more advice on this.
Yes, you are able to nose throughout the tasting following your tour experience. However no whisky consumption will be allowed as we have a zero tolerance policy. We will provide complimentary bottles to allow you to take your drams away, should you be driving.
Our distillery is located in the heart of the town centre, a short 3-4 minute walk from the main bus stance. Information on the best ways to travel to Campbeltown can be found by visiting www.explorecampbeltown.com.
Our Springbank Distillery Shop is located on site and stocks our core range products for Springbank and Glengyle, as well as a range of merchandise. Our friends at Cadenhead’s Whisky Shop are a short 5 minute walk from the distillery and stock the Springbank and Kilkerran products as well as Cadenhead’s whisky, gin, rum and other spirits plus merchandise.
Yes, there are toilets (including baby changing facilities) within our distillery shop which visitors are welcome to use.
We offer a Scottish Platter lunch at our Tasting Room for £15 per person. Smaller portions are available for children, please get in touch for more information on this.
No, unfortunately we only offer our tours in English.
Due to health and safety purposes, we are unable to allow dogs into the distillery building. Well behaved dogs are permitted into our onsite Distillery Shop and Cadenhead’s Whisky Shop but must be on a lead.
We are open Monday-Saturday all year round, with the exception of a few days over the festive period. Our shop is open from 9am-5pm each day.

Order Tracking / Delivery
All orders will be despatched by either DHL or Royal Mail, you will be emailed a tracking number where appropriate once your order has been despatched.
Please note that as we are based in Campbeltown delivery may take a little longer than expected.
Shipping Info
Although we do ship to many countries worldwide there are some countries that we are not able to send to. We will not honour any orders to countries that we do not ship to. Also, we will not deliver to any of our Cadenhead shops, nor can online orders be combined with shop purchases. Returns Policies
Please check your deliveries on arrival, also please do not accept delivery of any package which appears damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily refund your money or exchange them if you inform us with in 7 days of your goods being delivered.
All unwanted goods must be returned to us in good condition and must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. We will not pay to have unwanted goods returned to us unless the product is defective in some way. We may require proof of damage.

Although we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, mistakes can happen and prices and specifications can change without notice. All goods are limited releases and are subject to availability.

By using our website you are confirming that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in the country in which you reside.
Taxes and Duties
All products sold on our website are subject to UK taxes, if we are sending to an address with in the European Union prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Any shipment outside of the EU will not be subject to VAT however you may be liable for local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. It is the customers responsibility to check with their countries import regulations prior to placing an order on our website.
